I don’t know anyone as picky as me when it comes to power bars (then again I dont know many people as picky as me period). I won’t eat bars with any type of nuts, caramel, peanut butter, . So for me to find bars I actually enjoy eating is just AMAZING. I find most of them from Whole Foods. Here is one I love! It has a few different flavors and I love them all. I had one pre and post work out today.
So a lot of you wanted to know my eating habits. Although I had put up a fitness post a few months ago. I thought I’d post a picture of what I normally have for lunch. It always looks a little like this:
So yes, to answer a few of your questions, I do eat carbs (for breakfast and lunch only), I just make sure it’s whole wheat and in a small portion. I’ll have my protein, steamed veggies and a salad. Once again everything is in small portions. I can’t finish it all in one sitting so I’ll eat half for lunch and then in 2 hours I’ll eat the rest. Then dinner at 7.
🙂 No carbs for dinner, and I don’t drink anything until 40min to 1hr after my meals.
