      Thnx hun. You know, to be honest I don’t have broad shoulders, I think it’s the position that I’m holding the bar in that is making it seem that way. My body is actually perfect and proportionate lol. 😉

        Oh yes, your body is definitely perfect! The reason why I ask is because one of my shoulders is shorter than the other since birth and I wanted to
        know if you would recommend any exercises that will lengthen it so I would concentrate solely on that one shoulder.

      90% of what I wear to work out is Lululemon the rest Nike. I might have one or two pieces from Adidas and Under Armor.

Can you please please please tell me what excerises you do for your arms, what pound weights you use and how many reps and days a week you work on them. I’m pregnant and girl I blew up but my arms are what I’m really really upset about. I know if I don’t have some kind of workout schedule to follow I won’t end up working out. I don’t know anyone as picky as me when it comes to power bars (then again I dont know many people as picky as me period). I won’t eat bars with any type of nuts, caramel, peanut butter, . So for me to find bars I actually enjoy eating is just AMAZING. I find most of them from Whole Foods. Here is one I love! It has a few different flavors and I love them all. I had one pre and post work out today.

    That’s a good point. Being this way, what’s a strategy you’ve adopted to avoid getting overwhelmed? I’m 1000% a perfectionist, and I can’t imagine being less than, but it does get overwhelming at times plus gives me dark circles, a big no-no lol.

Bon Appetit

So a lot of you wanted to know my eating habits. Although I had put up a fitness post a few months ago. I thought I’d post a picture of what I normally have for lunch. It always looks a little like this:

So yes, to answer a few of your questions, I do eat carbs (for breakfast and lunch only), I just make sure it’s whole wheat and in a small portion. I’ll have my protein, steamed veggies and a salad. Once again everything is in small portions. I can’t finish it all in one sitting so I’ll eat half for lunch and then in 2 hours I’ll eat the rest. Then dinner at 7.
🙂 No carbs for dinner, and I don’t drink anything until 40min to 1hr after my meals.

      first of all it makes you bloated, and second your food takes longer to digest, basically makes it more difficult for your body to digest the food.

      I really depends on the trainer and the type of program who choose. Meaning how many times a week you see them and if a nutrition plan is included.
