This was at Grain Lab in the Empire Plaza. It’s a traditional bowl with quinoa, kale, chicken, and grilled vegetables marinated in balsamic vinaigrette and garnished with Greek herbs. It’s a hot dish not cold which makes it soooo much better. -Oh and ask for avocado pesto on the side! It’s a bowl of goodness. Feel free to thank me on the comment portion of my blog.
I am attempting to eat healthy. But the only thing on my mind is pizza, Panda Express, and hamburgers. God this is hard! SO this morning I made one of my favorite salads. I hope I end up eating it afterwards.
I mixed in diced cucumbers, avocados, tomatoes, cooked quinoa, iceberg lettuce, and baby arugula.
Tossed it all together with salt, fresh squeezed lemon juice, and olive oil.
Taste amazing. You can add grilled chicken too if you are really hungry. But I still want pizza right now.
