      Thanx lol the waist is genetics. As for workouts I work out with a trainer I don’t really have much advice unless you have a specific body part you are targeting let me know and I can give you some tips.

          One thing you should ALWAYS try to do is tighten your abs no matter what ur doing. Try and make it a habit. Even when ur not working out keep your core tight. I’ve done that since I was a kid. I had a 4 pack after my first baby and keeping my core tight helped me achieve this. Another great exercise for lower abs is laying on your back and lifting your legs up as high as you can. Kind of like lifting your booty up off the floor with ur feet together.

Mrs. Piggy

So…I thought I had only gained 22lbs, until I went to the doctor Friday morning for my glucose tolerance test and found out I have actually gained 26lbs. I’m only 7months pregnant and I still have 2 months to go. God knows how big I’ll get lol. With my first pregnancy I gained 35lbs. Mind you I lost the weight in 2 months and had washboard abs but I keep forgetting that I was 26 years old back then. I’m 31 now! And I’m sure it’s going to be much harder to fit back into my size 24 jeans. I was looking a pix of myself from a few months ago and missing my skinny body:

I’m soooooo looking forward to the challenge of getting back into shape it’s insane! The sight of a skinny bitch annoys me lol! Hopefully once my princess is born I can start my weight loss journey. Till then…I’ll be packing on the pounds lol.

      Congratulations! In retrospect I wish I had them sooner, possibly back to back. But back then I was so against having the second baby too soon cause I was so overwhelmed with baby #1. So I waited long enough to where I was 100% ready for baby #2. Now I’ll have to deal with the 6 year gap. My 6 year old is extremely well behaved and is like an adult, which is wonderful cause she will make having 2 kids easier than it could be lol.

    Thank you!!! Back then I was thinking the same thing, that I should dedicate my attention and time to each child seperately and enjoy that time. But now I wish I had them back to back for so many reasons… But hey not complaining whatever plans God has for us…. Good luck to you!!!
