How do you apply this so as to avoid a mess? 😉

Hi Lisa it’s so easy! After a shower stand outside I like to be in out backyard so no one sees me. And simply spray you body. It’s such a fine mist that it doesn’t get messy. Don’t rub your body afterwards with your hands. Let it dry and your done.

Hey guys,

So earlier today I went to Spary LA for the first time to get a spray tan. I had heard about this new sunless tanning salon that had just opened in Glendale, CA so of course I had to go check it out. To start off…I loved how I was able to make the appointment ONLINE, hassle free and you get an immediate email confirmation.

Ok let’s start the critique:

For starters, it has a parking lot in the back, so you don’t have to struggle driving around looking for parking. The design of the space is nothing that you are used to in GLENDALE. THANK GOD FOR NO CRYSTALS AND LEATHER TUFTING!!! For once someone is introducing a Dry Bar and Blushington feel to the Armenian community, and I for one am loving it! You walk into a breath of fresh air, neutral colors with a touch of coral, and best of all no clutter. Check out the space:

I have been spray tanning since 2003, and yet I have never received service like this before. I paid $45 for a tan that I would have definitely paid $70 for.

Starting off…a priming lotion was applied to my hands and feet.  Then I was sprayed with a primer for the tan (no salon had done this to me before), which may I add was heat activated so you don’t freeze. I was able to choose a scented oil that was applied to my tanning solution, so that instead of smelling like a chemical plant, I would smell of coconut lime! After the actual color was applied, I was sprayed with a finishing coat to seal my tan. THAT’S NOT ALL LOL.  My favorite part was when she came at me with a huge brush (the ones we use for highlighting), and a bowl of sparkly fairy dust that smelled like cupcakes! I was like what on earth is she going to do? She started to dust it on my body in the areas that would normally perspire, this dust was going to absorb any perspiration. This way your body stays dry, and your tan stays put. Seriously who does that?

Ya…So normally when I go spray tan…at the end I am given a $40 Con Air blow dryer to dry MYSELF off, the key words here being MYSELF & BLOW DRYER. At Spray LA, you stand in front of this crazy machine for a few minutes and it drys your tan.

Over all my experience was wonderful! Ani, the owner, was a sweetheart, and the professional that sprayed me was very sweet. In my opinion you need to like, and feel comfortable with the person spraying you, you know…since you’re completely in the nude in front of them! Oh and most importantly I am not an oompa loompa, my color is gorgeous!

Definitely worth giving this place a shot!

NOTE: Don’t get me wrong, up until now I have been very happy with the tanning salons that I have gone to for my spray tans. I have loved their techniques, the employees, and the color I would achieve. But I am very into appearance, so with that being said, if I have to choose between 2 salons both of which do a great job on my tan, but 1 is much much more aesthetically pleasing, then you bet your ass I’m going there!

Good Night Everyone!
