      Best tips I can give u are: ur heaviest meal of the day should be breakfast, don’t eat carbs after lunch, only eat whole grain carbs, only drink water (no soda, no juice unless it’s fresh squeezed), don’t use too much seasoning, and wait 40 mins after a meal before u drink water. Hope that helped!

      It’s going great thank u for asking. I’ve been eating very healthy and working out with a trainer 3x a day. I have definitely seen some amazing results which motivate me to push myself harder.
