Postpartum Update.

It has been 17 days since I had my C-Section and I am down 25lbs. I was 158lbs the day that I went in for my surgery, and now I am 133lbs. I have not been working out at all, I might have walked 1 or 2 days for 30 mins since I have been home. Healthy eating is what it’s all about, and hopefully working out soon! My goal weight is 118lbs so I still have about 14 more lbs to lose. #dedication.

    Aw congrats on your newest addition! What’s her name? Can you tell us what your diet consists of as well as your workout (once you begin). I am also expecting so if you can share some newborn essentials and baby buys, that would be great. Basically I would love to read anything baby/postpartum haha. Love your style so some inspiration would be great 🙂

      Thank you, her name is Gia Noelle. Gia is my older daughters middle name I love it so much I decided to give it to my second baby 🙂 I have not been working out, but next week I will start with cardio barre 3x a week (which is what I did after my first pregnancy) after my 6 weeks is up I will start hard core training with my personal trainer. I have been eating very clean since being at the hospital. Congratulations! If there is anything in particular you would like to know please ask.
