I finally had a moment to take individual photos of the products I had recently purchased. So here it is:
For the longest time I have used this Purity clarifying shampoo by Pureology. I kinda stopped buying it cause I have not really been washing my own hair for almost a year now -_-. But I was at the store and thought I’d pick one up. I use it like once a week to get rid of any product build up or residue. I’m not big on using hair styling products (haha even though I’m always buying them), but once in a while I will use a texturizing spray.
I was on the Sephora app at night (what’s new) and saw these Natasha Denona All Over Glow for Face/Body. I think there were 3 shades and I got 01 light and and 02 medium. I swatched Light (the highlighter) and I hated it, very little color pay off and horrible texture. The bronzer on the other hand (shade 02) is GORGEOUS, it has this amazing hint of cool gray.
I know a while back I mentioned the Benefit Roller Lash mascara and how much I was loving it, well a few days back I got a sample of the mascara They’re Real and OMG I loved it! I honestly never thought I would like any other mascara other than Hypnose by Lancôme but now I Love these 2 by Benefit. Oddly enough they are both rubber tipped, which I used to hate. And yes for those of you wondering, I still use Cils Booster XL by Lancome prior to applying all of these mascaras.
This new MUFE Pro Light Fusion Highlighter is LIFE:
They are new by MUFE and have 2 shades. 01 is more of a silver tone, which I hardly ever gravitate to, and 02 is gold. I have to admit when MUFE first launched their bronzer in this same form I didn’t like it at all. See how the product is waved…well there is a way you need to swipe your brush or finger to get the maximum product. You have to follow the wave pattern, that’s why I never liked the bronzer. But this highlight has a buttery texture to it, and the color is gorgeous!
I found 2 great nude lip liners, cause we all know how I need a few more in my life -_-. One is Nude No. 1 by Burberry and the other 01 Intense Sassafras by Clinique. I’ve been using the Burberry one everyday since getting it.
Laura Mercier Candleglow Sheer Perfecting Powder. Ummm…I dunno about this one. I’m not ready for a full review yet, but off the top of my head I can say that I’m not loving it. I got it in the color 01 Light to set my under eyes with.
One of my all time favorite foundations! Lancome Teint Idole. I needed a darker shade than what I had at home.
No clue to why I got the Mineral Primer by Hourglass. Elcie Pearl Radiance Primer does the same thing, if not more.
I have heard amazing reviews on the Luminous Silk Powder, so I decided to give it a shot. I still set my foundation with Youngblood so I think I will use this for touch-ups. I have been using this for a few days now and so far I’m not insanely impressed. Packaging is cute tho, nice to pull out of your make-up bag in public lol!
Double Wear has been one of my go to foundations for YEARS, there was a period in my life where I wore it every day! I picked up a darker shade. If you guys are wondering why I have so many different foundations it’s cause when my skin gets used to a foundation and it starts looking dull, so…I switch back-n-forth between different ones to keep looking bomb.
FAVORITE EYE LINER. Marc Jacobs Finalizer. Amazing gel formula that lasts forever.
I am on #5 of the Benefit Brow Zings Tame & Shape Kit. This shit breaks every week!!! Pisses me off, but I keep getting it cause I love the product.
Trying this Boscia Charcoal Pore-Minimizing Hydrogel Sheet Mask for the first time, my gf Rima loves these. The name of the mask is such bullshit though, IT’S NOT GOING TO MINIMIZE YOUR PORES, but lucky for me I ain’t got large ones lol.
This is just another product I am going to try out in order to ATTEMPT to prevent major hair loss post partum. I ordered it Barneys.com Rene Furterer RF 80 Concentrated Serum.
I am LOVING the large FAB Face Cleanser. This size is limited edition so I bought it as back up (I should probably go back and buy a few more, you know…in case of a natural disaster). I have been using the large one for a while now and it lasts soooo long, especially since I use the Boscia Konjac sponge which really helps with not wasting product.
This White Charcoal Mattifying Makeup Setting Spray caught my eye immediately and my gut told me I was going to love it. I have been using it for a few days now and I think I really like it. It says you can spray on before and after make-up application, but I only spray it on after I’m done. The first time I used it, I sprayed it pretty close to my face and then like 5 minutes later I saw I had white dots ALL OVER my face lmao. I tried to wipe them off but they would not budge. It dries like chalk and doesn’t come off until you scrape or rub so be careful. Oh and it also gets on your clothes. It just needs to be sprayed from a good distance.
So the same time I picked up Double Wear by Estee I knew I needed a cleansing oil because this foundation is IMPOSSIBLE to take off. I got the Boscia Makeup-Breakup Cool Cleansing Oil just because I have used it in the past and really like it.
That’s all folks!
