Random question. Just wondering, Do you breastfeed/pump? If so, do you drink decaf or regular coffee? And if you Feed formula, which brand do you prefer? First time mom here and would love to hear your opinion. Thanks a bunch xoxo

Hi Anush, I am bottle feeding now. I drink a soy latte, regular coffee. I am using Enfamil Premium, the regular yellow one. I used this for both my daughters. I was really happy with Enfamil with my daughter 6 years ago, so I continued using it with my second one. In the beginning with both kids I nursed, then I alternated between nursing and formula and then it came to a point where I was just bottle feeding. My second one was gassy with Enfamil in the beginning but I chose to stick with it rather than switching formulas and complicating things even more. Her tummy eventually go used to the formula and she was fine after a few days. Let me know if you have any other questions. -Oh and I use the liquid formula, not the powder ( i hate powder).

Awesome! Thanks for the response. Any tips for successful nursing? I am currently Nursing and pumping but it’s SO hard so I’m looking into formula. I will try the liquid enfamil per your recommendation. When you get a chance look into Holle. It’s European based formula that’s apparently the closest thing to breastmilk. But then again you said you don’t like powder I believe it only comes in powder form.

honestly I always thought nursing was frustrating. I don’t really have any tips other than don’t listen to old women and eat too much in order to have milk supply. I remember I drank a tea from Whole Foods that was for milk production. I pumped so I knew how much the baby was eating and that was easier for me. Once you switch to formula feeding your life will become easier lol. My sister used a European formula too. I think it was called Aptamil. She told me to switch to it, but I didn’t.
