After a long morning of lecture, and a one hour mani/pedi…I decided to start my weekend off with a nice long Pure Relaxation Massage with Aromatherapy at Burke Williams in West Hollywood.

i HEART fitness XO!!!

Hey Guys,

For the past I wanna say 8 months, I have been working out very sporadically and have been hating myself for it. I used to be a work-out guru. I’m not joking about that, I would attend one class and leave 5 mins early to drive and make it to another class. I have been working out since high school, was lifting weights in high school, worked out with the entire football team throughout college, worked out the morning of my wedding day, all throughout my pregnancy I did Cardio Barre, then continued postpartum, and now I have become a lazy bum working out once every 2 weeks.

I hate the gym, I have cancelled every membership. I will not work out somewhere where I can just wonder around doing whatever I want. I like routine and having a schedule. I love attending classes such as Spinning, Cardio Barre, Yoga, Boot Camp ect… I used to hike up the Griffith Park Observatory (ya sorry not cool enough for Runyon LOL) but I can’t even remember when I did that. Sooo… I have finally found my new adventure, and I am super excited I can’t wait to start. Ever since I started school I have been trying to set up a schedule where I can fit in school, family time, study time, and working out, and I have finally settled in!

I had heard so much about i heart fitness XO, and every week I walk right past it going to the In-Syle Nails (it’s in the same plaza).

The instructors are certified Pilates instructors that have come up with a unique exercises using Pilates machines, the barre, and mat. They basically use a mixture of cardio and Pilates concentrating mainly in your CORE and of course the Booty. I finally walked in today before my nails and watched the class that was in session. It looked amazing. I also spoke to some of the ladies after their class and I was told some remarkable stories about how their bodies have changed. Pilates really works on giving you muscle definition, tone, and strength.

Check out some of the deals they have for first timers! Individual classes are bit expensive but they have great monthly plans.

Quick Stop

Hey Guys,

Stopped by Bloomingdales this afternoon before class to get something lol… at the time I didn’t know what that something would be, but I knew I would manage.

image

I have been wanting to try this body moisturizer for a while now, it is the most popular moisturizer sold at the Kiehl’s counter is Creme de Corps. It comes in 3 sizes tiny, medium, and large, but around the holidays they sell the giant version with the pump. Surprisingly enough they have the giant version on the floors now. I decided to go with the medium size until I see how I feel about it. It is fragrance free and rich in texture. But not as rich and heavy as their Creme de Corps Whipped (which I have posted before). I am planning on using it with my Dry Argan Oil again by Kiehl’s (which I have posted before).
image

I have posted Kre-At lashes before. I am absolutely in love with their half lashes. They are super natural. Very dainty and feminine. They don’t look synthetic and heavy. I cant stand cheap looking lashes, they look like boar hair on your eye! Notice I said cheap “looking” not cheap. Some lashes are cheap but look natural like my Ardel’s in #318. Others just look stupid. These lashes are $15 but are reusable and worth every penny. I remove them by gently applying eye make-up remover with a Q-Tip where I applied the glue.
If you look carefully you can tell one is long in strip length than the other. Not lash length, the hair length is the same for both. One is the half short lash, one is the half long class.

I could not pass on this eyeliner. I am retarded when it comes to seeing interesting packaging, there just is no way I can stop myself from buying it. This has to be my 15th eyeliner.
image

How adorable is this? And it’s made for people like me who like to smudge eyeliner for a daily messy smokey look. I have been giving myself this look with Caviar by Laura Mercier since 2004. Anyway I’m most likely going to get annoyed when the tip becomes dull but oh well!

Fake Bake!

I didn’t have time to go tanning this week with my busy schedule so tonight’s events require a fake tan!

I stopped by Kristy’s Beauty Store at the Beverly Center this morning for a spray tanner and found nothing -_-. Nothing that I needed that is. Of course I bought everything else that I didn’t need. Ill post those on a different day.

image

Later on during the day I was successful at Naimie’s. (Apparently I have been driving all over town today). Anyway I got the St. Tropez Dark Self Tanner. Hopefully I won’t look like an Oompa Loompa. I normally don’t do this, you know…apply something so new the same day that I have a party to go to but, desperate times call for desperate measures. My dress is revealing so I need to look super bronze, not a white chicken.

image

This products comes in 2 shades, regular and Dark. Since I am naturally on the darker side, and I have been tanning the past few months, I decided to go with the Dark.

I also got 4 #318 Half Lashes from Ardel. I love these!

Have fun pretty lady. I like checking out your posts, especially your product reviews. I too buy new stuff that I do or do not need. At least now i can read your reviews before purchasing them, to save time and money:) Good for you!

Moisturize!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Make sure you are moisturizing!!! For those of you who don’t, start with at least once a day after a bath when your body is still moist. For those of you who already are used to moisturizing daily, start doing it twice a day! No one wants or likes dry ashy skin!

Here is one of my favorite combinations:
image

After a long bath and scrub…I apply on damp skin so that the moisture is absorbed better and faster. I dispense both into my palm and rub them together and then apply all over. I am on my 6th bottle of this oil. This time around Nordstrom was out of stock in the big bottle so I got stuck with the small.

Daily Concepts…

Good Mornings Everyone,

So since I can remeber I have been looking around for the best loofa. Whether I am at a grocery store or a bath shop, I will buy a scrubber, a loofa, gloves, or wash cloth that I think I will like. And up until I bought my first Daily Concepts scrub I had never been happy with any other product. I got my first Daily Concepts Stretch Wash Cloth from Naimies a few months ago. There are so many great perks about this product, first of all I love the packaging. The cover that it comes with hangs in the shower on the door, and the cloth goes inside. After use you place it in the cover which has holes on the bottom so the water will drip off allowing the cloth to dry.

The cloth has the perfect texture, hard enough to exfoliate but gentle enough to work as a loofa. The lather is also amazing, I have used it with body washes, different bars of soap, and oils and it works great with all of them. So…because I am never content with having just one of something…after a few months of using the cloth, I went back to Naimies a few days ago to get another type of Daily Concepts Wash. This time I got the Dual Texture Scrubber.

image

It comes in the same type of packaging as all their other products, so I have it handing right next to my wash cloth. Unlike the wash cloth this one doesn’t stretch, and its not long enough to scrub your back, but it is more sturdy. One side has a wash cloth texture, and the other side is an exfoliator. I am loving it just as much as my first one.

Hope you all have a great day!

Take Care!

Hey Guys,

It doesn’t matter what time I get home, how tried I am. Anyone that knows me well, knows I am very anal about the certain regimen I follow before hitting the sac!

One part of my regimen is foot care! I don’t mean to disrespect but there is nothing more unattractive than a female with dirty, dry, or crusty feet. Ladies if your not one to bathe before sleeping, at least wash and moisturize your feet! Lol especially if you’re not going to bed solo!

Here are some of my favorite foot care products:

These Eco-friendly socks by Ectools are the best! They lock in moisture and most importantly don’t absorb them. I get mine from Ralph’s.
image

This is a scrub I use before moisturizing. After wetting my feet and patting them dry I scrub away! Leaves your feet smooth and so relaxed.
image

I have a few foot creams I like. At the moment I’m using
image

But I also love the famous lavender foot cream by L’Occitane

Me at the moment:

Yes! I know they are the not the sexiest things but the results are very sexy and def worth it!
