Becca Collaboration W/ Jaclyn Hill

I was so excited to get this palette even though I don’t like the 3 blush colors. I love Jaclyn Hill so much I had to support. Plus the packaging as too cute to pass on. Oh and it’s limited edition, and we all know how I feel about anything that’s limited -_-.

Hi love, I’ve been following your amazing blog for awhile now and I love your input on all things from beauty to lifestyle. I really appreciate your honesty and “realist” outlook. Keeping that in mind, I was wondering what your outlook is on hair colouring during pregnancy and if there’s any advice you can give to a first time mommy-to-be . Also, if there are any great pregnancy secrets you can share I would very much appreciate it, given the fact that’s I’m still in the early stages of the first trimester and have yet to learn a lot!

    Thanks again,

    Suzanna

P.S. Congratulations on your new baby girl Wishing you and your family a happy, healthy, loving life!

      Hi Suzanna,

Thank you, and congratulations to you as well. To be honest I colored my hair with both my pregnancies, I also ate sushi (didn’t over-do though), and drank coffee, basically I didn’t restrict myself from anything but I kept it all in moderation. Being pregnant is tough enough as it is (for me it was at least) so try to enjoy some of the few perks that come along with it lol. If you have any other specific questions please let me know I will happily answer them for u. 🙂 oh and if there is any real advice I can give any first time mommy, it would be to raise your baby with a strict schedule. I am a VERY firm believer in following a particular routine. Also try reading What to Expect When Your Expecting and then What to Expect the First Year. I loved both those books.

Thanks for your prompt response, I too agree that almost everything is acceptable in moderation. I have already started reading the What to Expect book and I’m liking it so far. ☺️
I love the bassinet you have chosen for your sweet baby; different, classic and gorgeous!
