Love using this color to warm up my face before I go in for a contour. It’s not easy to find the right color for this. Some are too orange some are too gray but this one is the perfect tone for my skin.
Obsessed with the color of this gloss!
Still one of my all time favorite foundations! Needed to restock.
I swear this is my 3rd Tahiti bronzer, but I also swear that this will be my last. This shit breaks EVERY time!
The packaging sucks! The first 2 I bought broke in the same place. And the thing is they break after months of use, so it’s not like I can go exchange it. So if this one breaks too, as much as I love it, I won’t go pay for another one.
I was done with my 2nd Urban Decay Naked Concealer so I decided to pick up my new on in a shade darker than the one I normally use which is light neutral. I didn’t like the look at all. I wanted to stop doing the heavy highlighted look under my eyes, but I realized that using a lighter concealer just looks better. Matter of fact as much I love this concealer I decided I need to go back to MAC Pro Longwear in NW20. I just finished using my second Urban Decay, and I dont know about you guys, but when my skin gets used to a product, it stops looking amazing after a while.
It’s been a at least 2 weeks since I have been using these new babies…
And I still can’t tell if I like them.
The foundation: medium to full coverage, the colors are kind of off. For example I got shade 33, it looks too light for my skin when I first apply it, and then maybe 3-4 hours later it oxidizes to a completely different shade. This was told to me by 2 Sephora employees at the time of purchase, and boy were they right! The thing I disliked the most was mid day the foundation cracked in different areas of my face. Like my chin, and under my eye, it is definitely not 24 hour wear like it states! I guess the only thing I like about the foundation is the coverage and the packaging.
As for the primer… Smells great, left my skin feeling really smooth as if I had another layer of moisturizer on. This made my foundation look dewy, but it’s supposed to be a matte foundation -_-. I didn’t really feel like it helped my foundation stay on longer or stay in place for that matter, and I think it made me break out!
They look so good together don’t they?
All in all, I’m not really impressed. If by some miracle I have a change of heart, I will keep you guys posted. Until then, this shall remain in the BACK of my foundation drawer.
Bumble and Bumble Surf Infusion has got to be one of the best (if not the best) texturizing/volumizing spray I have yet to use! I got out of the shower, let my hair air dry, and when it was about 90% dry I sprayed it into different sections of my hair and kinda squeezed and waved my hair with my fingers. I love how my hair felt afterwards. I was not sticky, and crispy but instead it was soft and smooth. LOVE IT! I have been using their Surf Spray for the past 8 years but this is much much better.
