Good Morning Everyone!
I have finally gotten a chance to post a very requested “Get The Look” post on my friend Mary Michelle. Sorry it took so long! Have fun!
Moisturizer: La Mer “Creme de La Mer”
Primer: Mister Mat by Givenchy
Foundation: Tom Ford Traceless Foundation Stick mixed with Kevyn Aucoin “The Sensual Skin Enhancer”
Under Eye Concealer: MAC Pro Long Wear in NC15
Contour: Bobbi Brown Skin Stick in Espresso
Setting powder: Under eyes Laura Merciers Secret Brightening Powder and for entire face Banana Powder by Ben Nye
Powder contour: Anastasia’s contour palette (best stuff on earth)
Bronzer: Guerlain ‘Terracotta’
Blush: Nars ‘Orgasm’
Highlighter: Kevyn Aucoin
Lips: Oak lipliner by MAC with Turkish Delight by Nars, & clear gloss by Tom Ford in the center of the pout
Here is a step by step (per request) on her eye make-up:
To begin she primed her lids with Benefits “Stay Don’t Stray” primer. She then used MACs paint pot in “Painterly” as a base for the shadows.
The shadows she used to create a smoky liner are Tom Fords “Cocoa Mirage” & “Golden Mink” Quads. The gold glitter from the “Golden Mink” quad she always uses wet. (Tip: the best is to use MACs fix it spray!)
She used two of the darkest browns in these quads to accentuate her crease. The lighter brown in “Cocoa Mirage” was used to blend all in all the colors.
Her eyeliner is a mix of Inglots Gel in Black with Tom Fords Defining Liquid Liner in Black. Inglot Gel dries too quickly so she uses the liquid pen by Tom Ford on top of the gel line to create the inner corner line as well as the wing (this also makes it extra black).
She highlighted her inner corner and brow bone with an eyeshadow called “Brûlée” by MAC.
Lastly, filled in her gorgeous brows with Anastasia’s “Dip Brow Pomade” in the color Chocolate.
False lashes are by Dose of Colors in “Show Stopper”
Hope you all enjoyed this post!
Good Morning Everyone,
I am sooo behind on my posts. Over the past few weeks I have bought and used so many different products but don’t I have any time to post them. Between nursing school, scheduling study time, spending time with my family, working out, and juggling a social life, I have no free time to concentrate on my blog.
Anyway I had bought these Elaina Badro brushes from Naimies. And I really love them!
This one is the blush brush, super soft loving it. Picks up amazing pigment!
And this is the famous duo fiber brush that you can use with liquids and powders. I use this one to blend out my contour lines.
Definitely check these out you guys. They also sell them at Frends Beauty right when you walk in. For the rest of you who don’t live in these areas, you can shop online at her direct website at www.elainabadro.com
